- Paul Watkins, I live in Toowoomba, and have done so for the past ten years. I have worked for Toowoomba Catholic Education for 29 years as a teacher, Principal and am currently employed as Education Officer: ICT - Infrastructure and Curriculum. I am studying for my Masters in IT through USQ. I am a partner in LibCode Library Systems, a company that provides library software and support to over 600 schools in Queensland and overseas.
